What people say

“Unfortunately I was really unhappy with my haircut. It's noticeably completely uneven, especially from the front. I was never shown the back of my hair after the cut. I left the salon with my hair…” Alice F.

“DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY. Went in for a 9am booking and wasn't seen until 10am due to poor staff attendance. No one informed me what was happening or bothered to offer me as much as a water. Hair…” Amy M.

“This is not typically something I do, but the service has been so appalling and I have given them opportunity after opportunity to correct this. The problem with my hair is one thing, mistakes…” Sarah R.
