What people say

“Very poor business. They do not communicate and if you have dare to raise a complaint after trying to contact them for a month they will cancel your order. Truly awful business.” James P

“Terrible service. Customer service is not something this business is any good at, takes your money and then leaves you in the dark re delivery or even an expected delivery. They can't be bothered…” Michael C

“Purchased a Proplica Zenitsu Sword, and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for the quick delivery, and the great customer service.” Steven J
